Snaplock Bale Ties have been specifically developed for baling products with a high compressibility or rebound. Products such as wool, cotton, recyclable plastic bottles, plastics and tyres have an enormous amount of rebound once compressed in a bale press. Normal and imported baling products do not have the tensile strength to withhold the pressure exerted by such products once compressed. Snaplocks are made from high tensile wire, ensuring they're strong, quick and easy to use. They are extremely economical compared with steel bands and polyester strapping. And best of all, NO tools are required.

Snaplock Bale Ties offer positive locking as well as greater safety and economy when compared with ordinary strapping systems. Different lengths, wire diameters and tensile strengths ensure there is always a snaplock to meet your requirements.

As an alternative to wire in smaller balers, Concept Wire Industries also carries a range of baling twine to suit most supermarket style balers. Whether it is a Hydropac, Trethewey, Tieman or any other brand of baler, we have the range of twine (and wire) to ensure you can safely and reliably secure your baled product.

For baling plastics in smaller balers we recommend using wire baleties.
